On most occasions, many innocent lives are lost in the process.America has gone into the books of record as being the only nation to have used nuclear weapons in warfare and that was at the close of World War II. This was deployed over the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki killing countless number of innocent lives and plunging the nation into deep e conomic disparities (Gleick 11). This was a crude act of grave injustice to humanity and an uncouth way to bring a nation into submission. The consequences of these noxious nuclear attacks are being felt by the Japanese to date. America has also in the recent past been mired in a series of wars in Libya and Middle Eastern countries so as to bring them down to their submission and take control of their oil and other precious resources.
